INGREDIENTS
Ragi
Sooji/besan
Curd
Coriander leaves
Green chilli
Salt
Red chilly powder + chaat masala
Olive oil/ coconut extra virgin oil / ghee
Veggies- Onion + Tomato + Capsicum+ Cabbage
METHOD
Mix 2 tablespoon ragi aata with 2 teaspoon besan/sooji
Add curd and water make it into batter
Add all the veggies cut into small pieces or grate them add in batter
Add all spices leave for 1 hour
Add 1/2 teaspoon eno and pour the batter into idli maker and let it steam
