INGREDIENTS

  • Green moong dal
  • Veggies- Carrot, Tomato, Cabbage, Onion ,capsicum, beetroot
  • Salt, red chilly powder
  • Green chillies, Ginger
  • Paneer
  • Eno

METHOD

  • Soak green moong Dal over night and in morning grind in mixer with green chilly, ginger and make batter
  • Add salt, red chily powder according to taste
  • Then chop all veggies and paneer into small pieces
  • While making moonglet add 1/4th teaspoon eno
  • Spread batter into non-stick pan
  • Add veggies and paneer on top of it
  • Add ghee and turn it on low fire
  • Cook it and enjoy with green chutney
