Ø ½ CUP UNCOOKED QUINOA
Ø 1CUP WATER
Ø ½ CUP CHOPPED TOMATO
Ø ½ CUP CHOPPED CAPSICUM
Ø 1/3 CUP RED ONION
Ø 2TSP LEMON JUICE
Ø 2TSP OLIVE OIL
Ø ½ TSP SALT
Ø ¼ TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
Ø 2 RIPE AVOCADOS, CHOPPED OR SLICED
Method
1.
Rinse and drain quinoa

Add quinoa and water to a
pan and bring the water to a boil.

Cover and cook for 15
minutes.
4.
Fluff with a fork and let
cool for 5-10 minutes.

Transfer In a medium bowl,
cooked quinoa, ,capsicum, tomato, red onion
6.
in a small bowl whisk together
lemon juice ,olive oil, salt and pepper
7.
Now add some sliced of
avocados for dressing.
