ü  INGREDIENTS    

  ½ cup oats

  ¼ cup cucumber finely chopped

  ½ cup carrot finely chopped

  2 tsp tomato finely chopped

  ¼ cup black chana cooked

  ½ tsp chat masala 

   ¼ cup onion finely chopped

  2 tsp green chutney mint chutney

  2 tsp coriander finely chopped

  2 tsp lemon juice or to taste 

ü  METHOD

1.     Heat a pan and when it is hot, add the oats and roast them until they are crisp or for about 3 to 5 minutes.

2.     Now add chopped onion, carrot, cucumber, tomato, black chana. Add the chutneys and chat masala Mix well.

3.     Garnish with coriander leaves and add lemon juice.
